GREEN FESTIVAL - SAUgoma and TAU

Did you know that visitor centres in national and regional parks, with their unique interactive exhibitions and range of services, are already known as gateways to protected areas? How does this work in practice?

Each educational tourism enthusiast arrives at a selected visitor centre (all information about visitor centres and other protected areas can be found on the saugoma.lt website) and visits a unique exhibition, interacts with the centre's staff and draws up an itinerary for exploring the area.

If you appreciate exceptional education in a natural environment, choose the Jautmalkė Nature School in the Kurtuvėnai Regional Park. And if you dream of a real "here and now" feeling with authentic Eastern Lithuanian smells, head to the Museum of Ancient Beekeeping in Aukštaitija National Park.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, climb the castle mounds that offer spectacular panoramas. The Liškiava, Kartupėnai and Merkinė castle mounds offer breathtaking views. The Vytautas and Rambynas mountains are special.

An information system (stands, signage) helps to find your way around the protected areas. Everything is arranged in such a way that everyone can make a convenient choice, arrive without getting lost and without wasting time searching for additional information.

And on May 13, do not forget to come to the festival "SAUgoma and TAU", which will be held in the Nemunas Loops Regional Park near the Punia Mound.

National and Regional Parks Fair, Green Education and Tasting... M. Mikutavičius and other famous people will invite you to travel sustainably around the protected areas. The concert is free of charge!!! Festival "SAUgoma and TAU" Facebook event    https://fb.me/e/2uYBZD550
