VISITORS CENTERS ARE WAITING FOR VISITORS

Every Lithuanian national and regional park and reserve has Visitor Center - place, where people can more know about the values of the protected areas and then travel to nature.

The main goal of Visitor Centers is to provide professional and necessary information about protected areas, their uniqueness and visiting opportunities through interesting and educational activities.

The expositions of the Visitor Centers reveal all the values on the basis of which a national or regional park is developed and established. The aim of these exhibitions is to tell or present the park's uniqueness, importance to visitors in an interesting and attractive way.

A Visitor Center should be the first stop for a tourist planning to visit a regional or national park.

Visitor Centers are open:
During the tourist season (from May 20 to September 30): II-V 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. VI-VII 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Rest day: Monday.

Visitor Centers are closed on public holidays. On the days before national holidays, they work one hour shorter.
